Temporary Artist Stay
We occasionally offer residency-style accommodation for artists, writers, researchers, and cultural practitioners visiting Paris for a defined creative or research project.
The space is a large studio-loft (157 m² / approx. 1,690 sq ft) with 4-metre ceilings, located within an established artist and creative community. It forms part of a group of working artist lofts, with access to a shared garden, and is approximately 10 minutes from central Paris by public transport.
The loft includes:
• three bedrooms and three bathrooms,
• a generous open kitchen and dining area,
• a laundry room,
• and a private terrace.
The configuration allows either individual artists to stay independently or a small group collaborating on a shared project.
This is not a tourist rental.
The space is intended for people who value scale, light, autonomy, and a calm working environment, rather than serviced accommodation.
Stays are medium-term only (several weeks to a few months) and are arranged by enquiry, not instant booking. Each stay is considered individually based on the proposed project and duration.
